European champions

Chelsea  the hailing champions of Europe after beating the German team Bayern Munich with penalities at Allianz Arena.

Everyone were hoping that Bayern Munich will run over the blues at Allianz Arena  just like that but the unexpected happened. Both coaches Roberto Di Matteo  and  Jupp Heynckes were feeling the sweat when the game  was on second half  still no goal from each of the teams.

The first goal that brought the game back on its feets was Thomas Muller opening goal on the 86th minute of the remaining 90th minutes but laso experienced a substitute because Heynckes thought that they already won the game.

Then the game got even more exciting when the Ivorian striker Didier Drogba  equalising with a powerful header on the 88th minute of the game. Bayern Munich  was awarded a penalty before 90th minutes and Arjen Robben missed the penalty as Peter Cech saved the penalty.

The game went to extra time  with  but resulted with a draw and the referee blew his whistle for full time as the two teams were ready to take on each other to penalties.

Opening penalty was  played by Juan Mata of Chelsea but blocked by Munich's keeper Manuel Neure and the penalties went on when Peter Cech saved  Bastian Schweinsteiger's penalty and resulted whereby Chelsea was 3 and Bayern Munich 3 also.

Didier Drogba came with winning goal as he sent Neure on a wrong side and resulted in Chelsea winning the game with 3-4 on penalities. Franklin Lampard lifted the trophy for the first time  as the  captain of Chelsea.

Chelsea manager Bruce Buck  will meet with Didier Drogba  to discuss his  future at Chelsea.
